The Crafco Patcher II is a trailer mounted 200-gallon oil jacketed mastic mixer designed for contractor and agency use for application of hot applied aggregate filled mastics for wide gap repair and/or any large pavement deformities or repairs that exhibit extreme movement or are too big for regular crack seal. Average heat up time is approximately 1-1/2 hours +/-. The Isuzu diesel powered Crafco Patcher II is an oil jacked, diesel fired melter with power agitation with a 6-inch lever operated slide gate opening for discharge of the mastic material. Other features include digital temperature control, mast mounted strobe light, 2-1/2” pintle hitch with 18” extension and 7 pin RV style trailer light plug connector. Mastic sold separately.
